Global Mentoring Solutions (GMS) Live Expert, an outsourced Help Desk and NOC for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), has announced the acquisition of Dove Help Desk, an outsourced live help desk working solely with MSPs across the United States.

With 24/7 end user phone, chat and email support capabilities, GMS Live Expert aims to complement a company’s support services. Live Expert supports its MSP partner’s branding as a transparent extension to existing services and resources. They provide a branded chat engine and handle all inbound client communications as an extension of their client’s corporate branding.

Dove Help Desk’s contribution of resources and experience has created opportunities for GMS and their consolidated MSP partners to benefit from greater economies of scale, enhanced PSA system integration and service coverage and extended NOC capability. Dove provides superior help desk support to their clients resulting in lower costs, increased productivity and improved client satisfaction. Since their inception six years ago, Dove has specialized in prompt phone, email and remote support for MSPs. As an extension to a company’s IT department, Dove helps to provide a better return on the time spent by IT staff. Dove assumes responsibility for mundane IT issues, thereby allowing staff to focus on strategy, implementations and system upgrades.
